E-badge will be emailed to all registered delegates before the event and while the physical badge can be picked at the registration hall at the event venue. If you do not have the e-badge, you will need a Business card or photo ID to pick up your badge. Registration times and locations will be listed in the final agenda.
Yes. If you had pre-registered and have a balance due at the time of the conference, you will need to visit the Cashier desk. Cash will only be accepted at the Registration desk and charged at full rate.
If you cannot attend the conference after making payment, you may transfer the registration to another attendee or request a refund which must be made, five working days before the commencement of the conference. There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the first day of the conference. The full amount paid less transfer fees will be refunded upon receiving cancellation request.
